Today, Thursday, July 21, 2022, and after meeting the conditions required for the transaction, the companies EIG and Fluxys have completed the acquisition of Enagás and OMERS Infrastructure’s respective stakes, representing 80% of the GNL Quintero share capital.
EIG and Fluxys are companies with extensive international experience in the management of energy infrastructure, including LNG and natural gas, renewable energy and green hydrogen, and their participation in GNL Quintero plays a strategic role in the security and diversification of the country’s energy matrix in its transition to a clean economy.
